1.2. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at https://equinoxatelier.com.sg/ (the “Website”).

 

1.3. By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website.

 

1.4. If you are using the Website on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Definitions

2.1. “Content” means all text, images, photographs, renderings, drawings, videos, graphics, layouts, designs and other material displayed on the Website.

5.2. You may view and temporarily download Content for your own personal, non commercial reference only. All other use, including reproduction, distribution, modification, or use for competitive or commercial purposes, is prohibited without our prior written permission.

 

5.3. Photographs and depictions of completed projects remain our intellectual property. Where a project involves a client property, images are published with the relevant consent, and no rights in those images pass to you.

6. Portfolio, Renderings and Illustrative Content

6.1. Images, renderings, visualisations, mood boards and descriptions of projects on the Website are provided for illustration only.

 

6.2. Such Content may show concept work, work in progress, styling for photography, or projects that reflect a particular brief and budget. It is not a representation, warranty or guarantee of the outcome, materials, cost, or timeline of any Services we may provide to you.

 

6.3. Finishes, materials, product availability, colours and pricing are subject to change and to the terms of your separate service agreement.

7. Enquiries and Submissions

7.1. When you submit an Enquiry, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.

 

7.2. Submitting an Enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation on us to provide Services. It is an invitation for us to respond.

 

7.3. You must not submit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that contains the personal data of a third party without that person’s consent.

 

7.4. Where you send us ideas, briefs, or reference material, you grant us a non exclusive right to use that material for the purpose of responding to and assessing your Enquiry.
