"Who will actually be designing my home?"
Every home is placed with one senior designer, who carries it from the very first conversation through to handover. You will not be handed off to a rotating team along the way.
"How many projects are you actually working on at once?"
However many homes we have underway at any time, each one receives the same full attention from start to finish. Your project is never competing for our time, it is simply the one we are focused on.
"How do I actually get started?"
It begins with an introductory conversation about your lifestyle, your space, and what you are hoping to achieve, nothing formal, and no commitment required at that stage. From there, we move into concept development, detailed design, and eventually the build itself.
"I do not know exactly what I want yet, can you help me figure it out?"
That is exactly what the first stage is for. Most clients arrive with a feeling rather than a fixed plan, a mood, a memory, a way they want to live, and our job is to translate that into something concrete before a single wall moves.
"Will my home end up looking like something I have already seen, maybe even one of yours?"
No. We do not work from a house style repeated across clients. Every project is a curation of your own identity, your habits, your taste, the way you actually want to live, so the result should feel unmistakably yours, not unmistakably ours.
"Do you only take on landed homes and penthouses, or HDB and condominiums too?"
Both, under two collections. Signature Homes covers HDB flats and condominiums, focused on making the most of the space you have. Estate Living covers landed properties and private estates. Whichever collection your home falls under, it receives the same level of craftsmanship.
"Can I see homes you have already completed?"
Of course. A selection of our completed residential and commercial work is on our portfolio page, do have a look before we speak.
"Will I see what my space looks like before anything is actually built?"
Yes. Before construction begins, you will be shown detailed drawings and 3D visualisations of the design, so there is nothing left to imagine, only to approve.
"Do you handle the construction yourselves, or do I need my own contractor?"
You will not need to manage a separate contractor. We oversee design and project management ourselves, and the build itself is carried out by a trusted circle of artisans we have worked closely with for years.
"How much of my own time is this actually going to take?"
Less than you would expect. Once the design is set, you will hear from us weekly as the build progresses, enough to always know where things stand, without needing to be on site managing it yourself.
"What happens once the project is finished, am I on my own after that?"
Not at all. Every home comes with twelve months of care after handover, covering touch-ups, warranty matters, and continued design support, so you are looked after well beyond the day you move in.
"Can you also help with styling, photography, or smart home features?"
Yes. Beyond the core design, we offer professional styling and accessory curation, architectural photography of the finished home, and smart home integration for lighting, climate, security and audiovisual systems.
"Will our project be kept private, or is it something you will show publicly?"
We treat every home with discretion, and would always discuss with you what, if anything, gets shared beyond these walls.
"Do you take on heritage properties, like shophouses or black-and-white bungalows?"
We have a soft spot for these. Heritage architecture, shophouses and black and white bungalows included, is part of what gives Singapore its character, and we consider it a privilege to design within that history rather than over it.
"Do you only design homes, or commercial spaces too?"
Both. Alongside residential work, we also take on commercial projects, including offices, retail and hospitality spaces, with the same attention to detail as our homes.
"I have specific Feng Shui or cultural considerations, can these shape the design?"
Yes. Share your guidelines with us early on and we will thoughtfully factor them into the layout and design from the start, alongside everything else that matters to you.
"How long does a project typically take?"
There is no fixed number we can quote upfront, every home is different, but the shape of the journey is always the same:

"How does payment work through the project?"
We set out clear, itemised quotations upfront and structure payments around key milestones, so you always know what you are paying for and when.
